Community Storehouse is now accepting vehicles for consignment! By consigning your car, truck, SUV, or boat with us, you can turn your asset into cash while also supporting our mission of feeding those in need, reducing food waste, and educating our community on hunger and poverty.

How It Works

Consignment Commission: Community Storehouse retains 20% of the final sale price. The consignor receives 80%.

Minimum Price: You set a minimum acceptable selling price. Our team will work to market your vehicle to potential buyers.

Title Requirement: A clear, lien-free title in the seller’s name must be provided at the time of consignment.

Transfer of Ownership: At the time of sale, the consignor agrees to promptly sign over the title to the buyer. Community Storehouse will assist with the paperwork.

Storage & Liability: Vehicles remain the property and responsibility of the consignor until sold. Community Storehouse is not liable for damage, theft, or loss.

Payout Timeline: Consignors are paid their portion within 10 business days after the buyer’s payment has cleared.

Donation Option: Instead of consigning, you may choose to donate your vehicle outright. In this case, Community Storehouse will provide a tax-deductible receipt for either the fair market value or actual sale price of the vehicle once sold.
