To assist customers with transportation and scheduling, Community Storehouse is happy to hold purchased furniture for a limited time as a courtesy.
Furniture purchases will be held up to 7 days at no charge from the date of purchase.
With prior arrangement, oversized items (such as sofas, sectionals, bedroom suites, etc.) may be held up to 14 days.
After the complimentary hold period expires, a storage fee of $20 per day will be charged until the item is picked up.
Items left beyond the hold period without communication may be subject to resale.
As a nonprofit store operating on limited space, we appreciate customers retrieving items promptly.
All purchases are final.
We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
We encourage customers to carefully inspect items before purchasing.
Due to the nature of donated goods, we cannot guarantee the condition or longevity of any item, including electrical and kitchen appliances.
While items may be tested when possible, they are sold without warranty or guarantee.
To ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for everyone, all clients are expected to follow our service guidelines during visits and deliveries.
This includes treating staff, volunteers, and other clients with respect, maintaining appropriate supervision of children, and following instructions related to the shopping process.
Failure to follow these guidelines may result in modified services or referral to other community resources.
We are committed to protecting client privacy and handling all personal information with care. Any information collected is used solely to determine eligibility, coordinate services, and improve our programs, and is never shared without appropriate consent unless required by law.
