Over-size Storage Policy

Donation Acceptance Policy

Over-size Storage Policy

To assist customers with transportation and scheduling, Community Storehouse is pleased to hold purchased furniture for a limited time as a courtesy.

  • Standard furniture purchases will be held for up to 7 calendar days from the date of purchase at no charge.

  • With prior approval, oversized purchases (including sofas, sectionals, bedroom suites, dining sets, and similar large items) may be held for up to 14 calendar days.

  • After the complimentary hold period expires, a storage fee of $20 per day will be assessed until the merchandise is picked up.

  • Storage fees must be paid in full before merchandise will be released.

  • Items not picked up within the agreed hold period, and for which no alternative arrangements have been approved, may be considered abandoned. Community Storehouse reserves the right to resell, donate, recycle, or otherwise dispose of abandoned merchandise without refund.

  • Due to limited storage space, customers are encouraged to retrieve purchases as promptly as possible.

Final Sale Policy
